Quand on m’dit how are you Sam,

J’réponds j’m’appelle pas Sam

Cependant malikoum salam.

Sauf le present perfect

Que j’maîtrise plus vraiment.

 

If my grandmother is an umbrella,

I do the washing-up in the swimming-pool.

Mais j’ai conservé l’accent de Yasser

Pour faire chier les charognes,

Les bouchers et les blairs.

J’ai perdu toutes mes notions d’anglais,

Mais conservé ma notion

Du mal et du bien

Comme les Américains.
